Mike  Sellers

Mr. Sellers has extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution, from hands-on project and attorney management to counselling and transactional services. Mr. Sellers is a leader in the field of intellectual property law with a robust background in the petrochemical, mechanical and electrical industries, his expertise is a valuable resource in handling patent-related issues and claims. He was the lead patent and legal advisor to Exploration and Production Advance Research Center and an advisor for R&DC and Process and Control System Design businesses.


Prior to joining Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton (OBWB), Mr. Sellers worked for Saudi Aramco and during his tenure as counsel oversaw exponential growth in US patent application filings and US patent grants. Mr. Sellers was previously an attorney at Eversheds Sutherland and The Dow Chemical Company and he worked as an associate at Bracewell LLP,  Winstead PC and Godwin Bowman PC.
