Baiwei  Sun

Baiwei Sun’s practice includes patent prosecution in the field of power and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and telecommunications.


Ms. Sun started at Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton (OBWB) as an Intellectual Property Assistant, helping with the prosecution of foreign and domestic patents.  In addition, she also provided Chinese-English translations for international clients.  Prior to joining Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton (OBWB), Ms. Sun worked as an Electrical Engineer at Omnyx (a GE Healthcare and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center venture), where she developed electrical and mechanical designs and improvements for a diagnostic imaging medical device.

Ms. Sun’s academic background is focused on power engineering, including power system analysis, smart grid technologies and sustainable system modeling.
